As a child of a military member, my family was relocated 17 times before I reached the age of 15 years old. The adaptability learned through that experience shaped me into the woman I am today. The moment we planted roots in Florida, I took off at full speed:

In High School, I was a seven time varsity letterman, competing in Soccer, Softball, and Cheerleading, where I was Team Captain for two. I was involved in Student Government all four years, and an active member of Anchor Club, an all female volunteer organization.

I decided to go to University of Central Florida in original pursuit of Nursing. There, I participated in the rigorous Reserve Officer’s Training Corps and held multiple leadership positions in Kappa Alpha Theta. I also worked full-time in retail cosmetics at Clinique and Estee Lauder. My senior year, I pivoted from Nursing and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Health, Behavioral & Social Sciences, with a minor in Military Science.

Upon graduation, I commissioned into the Adjutant General Corps of the Army, serving in South Korea as a Human Resources Officer. While in Korea, I completed my Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management and traveled to over 20 countries in two years. This has led me to build a lifestyle and travel blog from the ground up, controlling all creative, web, design, marketing, and photography within the brand.

Most recently, in Boise, Idaho, I was working full time on active duty, and part time in retail sales. Through this opportunity I truly learning I am well-versed in sales to include communicating with potential customers, recommending products and demonstrating product features, answering customer inquiries, providing customized customer service, and meeting sales goals leveraging strong cosmetics product knowledge. I’m proficient in operational planning along with analytical problem-solving skills.

Both colleagues and senior leadership have repeatedly recognized me for my ability to work hard, establish trust, define the vision, and build long-standing, collaborative relationships.
