First, what is Collaboration Over Competition?

Collaboration Over Competition was founded in May 2018 by Diana DeJesus (IG @boise_bucketlist) with “the idea for current and aspiring female entrepreneurs to seek intentional relationships with like-minded women.” The community-based organization is really incredible & they hold monthly networking events for women in the Treasure Valley! (as well as a Twin Falls Chapter)

As most of you know, I’m a recent transplant to Boise and as soon as I heard about this organization, I knew I needed to get involved. Luckily for me, Diana opened a few last minute tickets to the Collaboration Over Competition “Collabiversary” Party at Amsterdam Lounge in downtown Boise.

The description of the event was as follows:

“Join us for the ultimate Gals’ Night Out! It our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY since we launched Collaboration Over Competition. This is NOT your typical anniversary party. You will enjoy a DJ, VENDORS, PHOTOBOOTH, DRINK SPECIALS, AND SO MUCH MORE!”

& boy, that couldn’t have been more true! I had such a great time and met so many beautiful Boise babes! Here are some photos to enjoy– I’m looking forward to the next event.
