I went to my first concert in Seoul! When I heard Khalid was coming to South Korea, I booked tickets as soon as I could. I’m actually not a huge concert person, but I do love to go when I genuinely love the music and Khalid is one of my favorites!
Buying tickets was difficult because they had to be mailed to my Korean apartment. I’m sure there’s an easier way, but I used www.viagogo.com for my ticket and Stub Hub Thailand when I found out J could come because it’s the only website I could find in English last minute.
When we arrived, everything was pretty clearly marked! The staff was helpful, even though they didn’t speak much English, but it was okay! There was a lot of organization and a very well designated merchandise area. There was a very small concession cafe in the venue, but a lovely Western-styled restaurant attached in case you get there a bit early.
How to get there: the venue is right outside Hangangjin Station along Line 6 & get off at exit three. There’s a website, but it’s in Korean as well.
The address is:
294, Itaewon-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul
서울특별시 용산구 이태원로 294 (한남동)
If you hear about one of your favorites coming to Korea, don’t be afraid to be creative and find ways of getting there! It’s not as scary as you may think. Hope you enjoyed reading this 🙂 xoxo Alex
